In October 2007 we made the decision to purchase a new telephone switchboard system, for The Sebel Resort & Spa Hawkesbury Valley.
From the outset of this project, through the collection of specifications and quotes, George Minucos and the Reliance team were by far the most efficient and cost effective. Hence, they were awarded the contract and we then began the process of working to install the Samsung Hospitality IP Telephony system.
The installation process for the system was made easy by the very flexible attitude which Reliance have exhibited at all times. Despite several last minute adjustments and requests, the project stayed on track and the cut-over from our old phone system to the new Samsung PABX was seamless.
As with any large project involving new technology there are inevitably some early glitches. I have been particularly impressed by the post installation service from Reliance, with extremely prompt follow up and rapid fixing of the minor issues we have encountered.
I am happy to recommend Reliance, for their ‘can-do attitude’, flexibility and cost effective technology.
