UC is the consolidation of all communications for better and simpler operation and the easiest means to communicate.

Microsoft, Google and others are providing operating systems to drive the UC culture. For example, Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) can be integrated with your telephone and mobile phones to seamlessly allow you to make and take voice calls via your Outlook screen.
